About
Optimacy Geomatics Services LLC provides practical support for projects involving boundary research, title and deed review, field assistance, documentation prep, and coordination across stakeholders. The work is built around detail, record clarity, and helping projects move with better information.
Thomas Costandine is also pursuing an Associate of Applied Science in Land Surveying and Geomatics at Colorado Mesa University, with coursework in field work, surveying calculations, legal aspects of surveying, and real property descriptions. That education supports the technical rigor behind current project work rather than replacing it.
Licensed-direction note: work requiring professional licensure is performed under the direction of licensed professionals where applicable.
Why Optimacy
